More than just whiskys & gins, The Howff Whisky, Gin, & Wine Bar at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa is known for artful cocktails. Each drink has been shaken and poured to be unique, memorable, and Proper. By “Proper” we mean created by our in-house international mixologist who mindfully designed cocktails from famous Scottish personalities. And as that old saying goes, “behind every man lies a good woman,” well we have “The Sweetness of Marion” cocktail – the lovely Lass behind the powerful William Wallace. She was the love of his life, and some say the motivator behind his might. And she sure made a perfect muse for our beautiful, soft cocktail. With the dominant flavour of mango and a touch of bubbles, this cocktail is dainty, elegant, and sophisticated. Finished with house-dried garnish, it is perfectly sipped at our bar overhanging the turquoise blue sea. Whatever the force behind William Wallace’s history, we sure are happy Lady Marion inspired our menu, and we hope that you do too. This Lass was a special one, as written about in the history books.
